Part a) For each value of side length for the cutouts ,there's only one resulting box volume.
Part b) (-Infinity, +Infinity) [i.e. all possible value of x is allowed], this is because it will generate an resulting 'volume' regardless of what value of 'x' is, whether or not it is feasible to create such a box or not is out of the question because the problem ask us to ignore that.
Part c) (0, 6.5) [be careful, as an open interval] If we want to create a box, the box must have so height > 0, also, we cannot cut more than 6.5 each side, the shorter side will ran out of space and the resulting 'box' will have no width.
